High Speed Energy Saving Stretch Cling Film Machine Technologist !

 

 

Stretch film machine uses LLDPE as main material and adopts several kinds of resins to manufacture the single/double-side self-sticky stretch wrapping film. 

 

Features: 

  

1. The alloy screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing design which combine import static mixer to ensure plasticization is great, color is uniform and increase extrusion capacity greatly. 

 2.T-die material adopts imported top special mould steel, by the high-precision process and treatment to ensure the long-term use of non-die deformation, and material extrusion more smooth and stable. 

3. Cooling roller adopts two-way circuit design and built-in spiral flow channel to ensure roll surface temperature uniformity. 

4. Winding station can move forth and back, and it adopts advanced torque motor with four-axis automatic tensile strength control, and the speed and film width can be adjusted freely.

 2. Film has Good tensile strength, Puncture Resistance ability and impact strength

 3. One-side Sticky Film or two-side Sticky Film 

4. Self-adhesive to prevent goods from loosening and collapsing during transportation and being polluted by dust

 5. Usage: Cling Film for packaging and storing cooked food, uncooked food, meat, vegetables and fruits and seafood in supermarket, hotels, dining-halls and food factories.
